With over six years of industry experience and several years in education, she brings both real-world spa knowledge and strong technical training into the classroom. As the founder of Haus Of Vanity Beauty Academy, Rodreaka is dedicated to helping students build confidence, master professional skincare techniques, and develop the business skills needed to succeed in the beauty industry.

Her teaching style focuses on hands-on learning, discipline, and preparing students for real careers—not just passing exams. Students receive guidance in technical services, client communication, and professional development to ensure they are fully prepared to meet the standards set by the North Carolina Board of Cosmetic Art Examiners and thrive as licensed estheticians.
